Shipping
We offer both standard and express shipping. The former usually takes 7-8 business days, while express shipping can deliver your order within 4-5 business days. Please note that these times do not include the initial order processing time.
Of course you can. You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order starts to ship. You can put this number into the online chat tool to check what's happening with logistics right now.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product or service, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. However, the original packaging must remain intact, and the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@roinstrampoline.com with your order number and reason for return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
